To secure this booking a deposit of 25% is required. In return we will send you a receipt and confirmation of booking. The balance must be received 6 weeks before holiday date and no reminder will be sent out for this. We also require a bond to the value of £100 (up to a maximum of 2 weeks) and this must be a separate cheque sent with the balance which will be refunded 2 weeks after your stay less the cost of breakage's or damage. Directions of the property will be sent to you shortly after receipt of balance.
